Perfect Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. pumpkin
    1 2/3 c. Pet evaporated milk
    1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Combine brown sugar, flour, salt, cinnamon and vanilla.
    Add pumpkin, evaporated milk and slightly beaten egg and stir until smooth.
    Pour into a 9-inch unbaked pastry crust.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 50 to 55 minutes or until a knife inserted 2 inches from the edge comes out clean.
