Baked Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium chicken breasts, skin removed
2/3 c. cream
4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. garlic cloves
1 tsp. basil
1 c. flour
2 Tbsp. butter
2 c. corn flakes, crumbled
3 bell peppers, cut in slices (1 red, 1 yellow and 1 green)
1 large onion, sliced
Preparation

Place chicken in tightly covered baking dish.
Combine 3/4 cream, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and seasoned salt; mix well. Pour over chicken and cover.
Marinate 3 hours or overnight.
Put flour in plastic bag.
Put chicken in and coat well.
In bowl, beat 2 large eggs with 1/2 cup cream.
In another bowl put corn flake crumbs with garlic and basil.
Melt butter in large casserole dish. Take chicken from flour; coat well in eggs and roll in corn flake crumbs.
Place chicken in casserole dish; cover and bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Remove; cover chicken with onion and bell pepper. Add 1 cup water and cover; cook 20 minutes more.
