Ham Barbecue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. catsup
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. chili powder
non-calorie sweetener equal to 1 lb. sugar
1 fully cooked ham slice (1 1/2 lb.)
Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients for sauce.
Slash fat edge off ham at 2-inch intervals.
Brush meat liberally with sauce and let stand 1 hour.
Broil 3 to 4-inches from heat for 5 to 6 minutes per side, turning once and brushing with sauce.
Serves 8.
