Deer Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 large onion, quartered
1/8 c. sherry (more or less to taste or none, depending on your convictions)
1 lb. venison hamburger
1/3 lb. ground sausage meat
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 c. bread crumbs
bacon
Preparation

In a blender put eggs, onion and sherry (optional).
Run blender on liquify for about 5 seconds.
Pour into large mixing bowl.
Add venison hamburger, sausage meat, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning and bread crumbs.
Mix thoroughly.
Then place in buttered loaf pan which has been lined with strips of bacon.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Degrease pan drippings, strain, pour over loaf and serve.
