Crock-Pot Meat Balls In Mushroom Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    4 slices bread
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cut bread into very small pieces.
    Combine meat, bread, salt, pepper and minced onion.
    Using scoop or hands, shape into rounds about 1 1/2 to 2 inches.
    Brown meatballs in hot skillet in small amount of oil.
    Turn so all sides are browned.
    Place in crock-pot.
    Add soup and water.
    Cook on low for 6 to 12 hours or on high 6 hours.
