Leek Carrot Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 leeks, sliced
    1 lb. carrots, sliced
    bouquet garni
    salt and pepper
    4 c. chicken stock
    1/4 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. cream
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add carrots and leeks.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Add chicken stock; bring to boil.
    Add bouquet garni and salt and pepper to taste.
    Simmer 1 hour.
    Puree in blender.
    Add cream before serving.
    Serve hot or cold.
