Easy Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 stick margarine
    3 Tbsp. white Karo syrup
    1 c. peanut butter (crunchy or creamy)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Bring sugar, milk, margarine and Karo syrup to a boil over medium heat.
    Cook approximately 5 minutes over medium heat or until mixture forms a soft ball in cold water.
    Remove from heat and add peanut butter and vanilla.
    Beat until creamy.
    Stir in nuts and pour on buttered platter.
