Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. softened butter or margarine
1/2 to 2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 medium bananas, mashed
1/4 to 1/2 c. milk (start with less, add more if too thick)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. regular white flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chopped nuts or chocolate chips (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cream butter and sugar.
Beat in eggs one at a time.
Add milk, banana and vanilla.
Stir in rest of ingredients.
Pour into greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Bake 50 to 60 minutes.
Test with toothpick in center for doneness.
