Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
    1 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
    1/2 small onion, diced (optional)
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. grated cheese (Parmesan)
    6 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    garlic powder to taste
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Cook spinach to thaw and drain.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Chill 2 hours. Roll into balls.
    Refrigerate until ready to use. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until browned.
