Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. parsley
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    1 c. diced celery
    2 Gala apples, chopped
    1/3 c. pecans, chopped
    1 1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cider vinegar
Preparation
    Mix salt, white and black pepper, thyme, basil and parsley with vegetable oil. Coat chicken breasts with the seasoned oil; mix and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done. Chill.
