Low Calorie Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boiled hamburger, lean
    13 oz. can kidney beans
    2 cans tomatoes
    1 large onion, chopped
    4 tsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. chili powder
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and cook until hot and bubbly.
    Makes 4 servings.
