Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. corn meal
2 heaping Tbsp. flour
1 grated onion
1 beaten egg
1 c. buttermilk

Preparation

Mix corn meal and flour.
Add onion and egg; stir.
Add buttermilk.
Shape into small balls and fry in deep fryer until brown.
