Ingredients

1 box German chocolate cake mix (with pudding in mix)
1 large tub Cool Whip (snow)
12 oz. jar caramel ice cream topping (fire)
1 can Eagle Brand milk
4 Heath toffee bars, crumbled (mud)*

Preparation

*Put in freezer bag and break with the flat side of meat tenderizer.
