Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. pecans, finely chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 large pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 large pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
chocolate bar, grated
1/2 c. butter
3 c. cold milk

Preparation

Mix together flour, butter and pecans until crumb like. Press into bottom of a 9 x 13 pan and bake until golden brown at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool.
