Chicken Breast With Artichokes And Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 chicken breast halves (boneless)
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. Morton Nature's Seasons
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1 pkg. frozen artichokes or 1 can
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    juice of 1 lemon
    2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Flour chicken breasts.
    Heat oil and butter in skillet.
    Fry breast halves for 10 minutes.
    Add mushrooms, artichokes and wine. Reduce heat to medium.
    Cook 20 to 25 minutes.
    Add lemon juice and parsley.
    Cook on medium heat until done.
    Serve with rice.
