Quick Veal Parmigiana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. frozen breaded veal patties (4 or 5)
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 can spaghetti or tomato sauce
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
Preparation
    Brown meat in hot oil in a large skillet until golden on both sides.
    Add tomato sauce, garlic, salt and pepper.
    Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
    Makes 4 servings.
