Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 heaping Tbsp. poppy seed
1 stick butter, melted
1 pkg. Town House crackers, crushed
Preparation

Cook chicken breasts and place in bottom of casserole dish. (You may leave them whole or cut into pieces.)
Mix together the soup, sour cream, onion and poppy seed.
Pour over chicken.
Melt butter and put crushed crackers in butter and mix.
Place on top of casserole.
Cook in oven at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until bubbly.
