Chinese Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut up frying chicken
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    1/4 c. sherry or apple juice
    1/2 to 3/4 crushed red pepper (optional)
    1 clove garlic, pressed
    1 green onion, sliced
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. water
    2 tsp. toasted sesame seed
Preparation
    Note:
    Stir or shake seed in a frying pan over medium heat until golden.
