Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans crescent rolls
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise or sour cream
    1 pkg. Ranch original dressing
Preparation
    Spread crescent rolls on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Let cool.
    Spread the mixture of cheese, mayonnaise and dressing on top of crust.
    Sprinkle broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, celery, etc. on top.
    Any vegetables you choose can be used.
