Creamed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    2 c. diced cooked chicken
    1 egg yolk
    1 c. medium white sauce
    2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Add parsley and chicken to white sauce and heat.
    Beat egg yolk, add milk and pour into chicken mixture.
    Cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Serve in ring of rice, mashed potatoes or over toast.
    Mushrooms or chopped eggs, chopped pimentos or olives may be added.
