Texas Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns
8 oz. carton sour cream
8 oz. pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can water
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 stick melted butter
1 1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation

Spray one 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan with Pam.
Mix first 6 ingredients. Spread in pan.
Mix next 2 ingredients. Spread on top of first mixture. Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
