Spanish Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. oil
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
black pepper
2 Tbsp. ketchup
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 c. cooked rice
28 oz. can tomato sauce
Preparation

Saute onion and green pepper in the oil until soft.
Add ground beef and seasonings, stirring until meat loses its pink color.
Stir in the cooked rice, tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
Mix thoroughly.
Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.
Makes 5 - one cup servings.
