Strawberries And Double Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 medium fresh strawberries
    1/4 pt. whipping cream (cold)
    1/2 c. sugar (depending on sweetness of berries)
    1 oz. Cointreau
Preparation
    Hull and rinse strawberries; refrigerate.
    Combine whipping cream and sugar in bowl.
    Whip contents until they double in volume.
    Add Cointreau to cream and blend.
    Place 6 berries in small bowl and pour 1/2 cup of cream over berries.
    Serves 4.
