Frozen Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 qt. cabbage, chopped fine
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 to 3 grated carrots
    1 green pepper
    1 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1/4 c. water
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Sprinkle salt over chopped cabbage.
    Let stand 1 hour.
    Add carrots and pepper.
    Bring remaining ingredients to a boil.
    Let cool.
    Pour over cabbage mixture.
    Package in moisture vapor-proof material.
    Freeze.
