Oven Smoked Trout - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 bottle Mrs. Wright liquid smoke
3 qt. water
1/2 c. brown sugar
salt

Preparation

Let fish soak, covered, for 24 hours.
Bake in 250\u00b0 oven for 2 hours on each side (less time if fish are small).
