Pecan Surprise Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1 c. pecan pieces
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
Preparation

Add baking powder to egg whites and beat well.
Add sugar, pecans and flavorings.
Fold in crumbs.
Bake in two well-greased 10-inch pie pans for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Chill.
Serve with Cool Whip on top.
