Catfish And Slaw Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. thinly sliced green cabbage (about 3 oz.)
    3 Tbsp. minced radish
    1 Tbsp. plain nonfat yogurt
    1 Tbsp. reduced-calorie mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 (4 oz.) farm-raised catfish fillets
    vegetable cooking spray
    2 (2 oz.) Kaiser rolls, split
    2 eggs, hard-cooked and diced
    2 Tbsp. each: diced onion and celery
    1 slice crisp bacon, crumbled
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. reduced-calorie mayonnaise
    1 1/2 tsp. minced fresh Italian (flat-leaf) parsley
    1/2 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
    1/4 tsp. prepared horseradish
    2 diagonally cut slices Italian bread (1 oz. each), toasted
    2 lettuce leaves
    1/4 medium tomato, cut into 2 wedges
Preparation
    In small mixing bowl, combine eggs, onion, celery, bacon, mayonnaise, parsley, mustard and horseradish.
    Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
