Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 7 tart apples
    3/4 to 1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice (if apples are not tart)
    pie crust, top and bottom unbaked (or top with streusel)
Preparation
    Pare apples and slice thin.
    Mix sugar, flour, salt and spices; add to apples and mix.
    Put in pie shell and dot with butter.
    Adjust top crust; perforate with a knife and dot with butter.
    Bake for 50 minutes in a preheated 400\u00b0 oven.
