Pork With Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    4 Tbsp. chopped onions
    1/2 c. leftover pork gravy
    1 (8 oz.) can sauerkraut
    1 tsp. caraway seed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    8 slices leftover roast pork
Preparation
    Combine butter with sugar in a large saucepan.
    Cook slowly over low heat, stir constantly, until sugar
    is melted.
    Add onion and simmer, covered, for 5 minutes.
    Add gravy, sauerkraut, salt and caraway seed.
    Bring to a boil and stir.
    Add pork to sauerkraut and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.
    Serves 8.
