Christmas Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 egg whites, beaten stiff
1/2 c. sugar
pinch of salt
1/2 c. seeded raisins, cut in pieces
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat egg whites and salt until stiff. Gradually add the sugar, beating constantly. Mix the raisins and nuts together and fold into the egg whites. Pour mixture into buttered baking dish and set dish in pan of hot water. Bake in a moderately slow oven (325\u00b0) about 30 minutes. Serve at once.
