Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cauliflower, cut into flowerets
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. plain unsweetened low-fat yogurt
    2 Tbsp. (1/2 oz.) shredded low-fat American cheese
    1 tsp. sesame seed, toasted
Preparation
    Cook cauliflower in boiling water 8 minutes or until tender. Drain well.
    Place 1/2 of cauliflower in a 1-quart casserole dish coated with cooking spray.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Top with half each of yogurt and cheese.
    Repeat layers with remaining cauliflower, yogurt and cheese.
    Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
