Best Ever Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can whole kernel corn
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 egg
    1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 small onion, chopped
    salt and pepper
    dried parsley
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Bake in 8 x 8-inch greased casserole at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
