Pork Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
    1 1/2 c. sliced onions
    1 1/2 c. sliced celery
    2 c. diced pork
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 c. beef broth
    1 can bean sprouts, drained
Preparation
    Heat oil in a deep skillet; saute onion and celery 5 minutes. Mix in pork, soy sauce and bean sprouts.
    Add to the skillet, stirring steadily to the boiling point.
    Cook 3 minutes longer. Serve with rice and chow mein noodles.
