Okra 'N Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. bacon
2 medium onions, chopped
2 c. sliced okra (16 oz. bag)
2 c. cooked rice
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook bacon until crisp; drain, then crumble. Save 1/2 cup of bacon grease. Fry okra in grease until tender. Add onion, then add cooked rice and then crumbled bacon; heat well. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
