Emerald Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small box lime Jell-O
    1/2 lb. cottage cheese
    12 big marshmallows
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    1/2 pt. heavy whipping cream, shake well
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (pecans; optional)
Preparation
    Melt jello in 1 1/2 cups boiling water in a medium-large pot on stove.
    Add marshmallows until they are melted.
    Add pineapple juice.
    Remove and put in refrigerator to chill slightly, then add whipping cream, pineapple, cottage cheese and nuts.
    Fold together.
    Put in a mold and chill.
