Beef Bulgogi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) rump roast
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 c. soy sauce
    6 Tbsp. sesame oil
    4 tsp. sesame seed
    1/2 c. chopped green onions and stems
    2 cloves garlic, chopped, or 1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Slice beef against the grain into 1/4-inch slices.
    In bowl, stir together all other ingredients.
    Add meat and toss until all pieces are covered.
    Marinate at least 1 to 2 hours at room temperature or overnight in fridge.
    Can barbecue, broil or saute. Serve with rice.
    Use sauce on rice.
    Serves 4.
