Mandarin Green Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 head romaine lettuce
    1/2 head iceberg lettuce
    3 to 4 stalks celery, chopped
    3 to 4 green onions, chopped
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
    1/2 c. caramelized almonds
    1/2 c. oil
    2 to 3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar, divided
Preparation
    Toss slivered almonds in about 1 tablespoon sugar over low heat in frying pan.
    Stir until caramelized.
    Break salad greens into salad bowl.
    Add celery, green onions and mandarin oranges. Toss with oil, cider vinegar and 1 tablespoon sugar.
