Mustardy Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1 green pepper, sliced
Preparation
    Dry chicken with paper towel.
    Salt and pepper.
    In bowl, beat egg and mustard.
    In separate bowl, combine cheese and bread crumbs.
    Dip chicken in egg then roll in cheese mixture.
    Saute in heated oil for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Add green pepper during last 5 minutes of cooking.
