Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. butter, softened
dash of salt
1 c. light corn syrup
1 c. pecan pieces
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pie shell (unbaked)
Preparation

Mix cornstarch and sugar.
Combine eggs, butter, salt, sugar mixture, syrup, nuts and vanilla; mix well.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0. Bake 50 minutes longer or until knife comes out clean from center.
