Brown Sugar Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites (room temperature)
    3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
    2 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    Beat egg whites in small bowl until stiff peaks form. Gradually add sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, blending until well blended.
    Fold in remaining ingredients.
    Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Remove to wire racks to cool.
