Sausage Pancake Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg ground sausage
2 cups pancake mix
1 1/2 cups milk
2 eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil

Preparation

Brown sausage and drain excess fat.
Mix pancake mix, eggs, milk and oil together.
Add sausage.
Pour into greased 9 x 12 baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serve with syrup.
