Pineapple Whip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. water
    1 large pkg. orange pineapple gelatin
    4 c. Cool Whip (2 pkg.)
    1 large pkg. cream cheese
Preparation
    Mix pineapple, sugar, water and gelatin together and bring to a rolling boil.
    Mix whipped topping according to package directions, then add cream cheese and whip until stiff.
    When gelatin mixture is partially set, fold in the whipped mixture and return to refrigerator to set for several hours.
