Brown Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. long grain rice, uncooked
    3/4 stick margarine (corn oil)
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 cans beef bouillon (I use Campbell's)
    1 small can mushrooms, drained (can be omitted)
Preparation
    Saute onions in margarine until tender.
    Add rice, bouillon and mushrooms and stir until heated.
    Pour into casserole dish; cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 45 minutes (until rice is tender).
