Zucchini Apple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. diced apples
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat eggs until frothy.
    Add sugar, vegetable oil and vanilla. Beat until thick.
    Stir in zucchini.
    Add rest of dry ingredients.
    Mix well, then add the apples.
    Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool 10 minutes, then remove from pans.
