Aunt Dolores' Orange Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken breast meat, cut into bite size pieces
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. pepper
    salt to taste
    2/3 to 1 can water
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 small can frozen orange juice (undiluted)
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. diced onion
    1 c. mandarin oranges
Preparation
    Dust chicken pieces with flour, salt and pepper in bag.
    Brown chicken pieces in oil.
    Saute onion in same pan.
    Add orange juice concentrate, sugar, oregano, nutmeg and water into the oil.
    Cover and simmer for 40 minutes.
    Garnish with mandarin oranges.
