Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten for 5 minutes
    1 c. white sugar (beat with eggs)
    2/3 c. pumpkin
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Grease 13 x 15-inch cookie sheet.
    Sprinkle 1 cup nuts on batter and bake for 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Dump onto dish towel sprinkled with powdered sugar.
    Roll while hot; unroll after cool.
