Artichoke Heart Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) can artichoke hearts
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Drain and coarsely chop the artichoke hearts.
Mix with mayonnaise and Monterey Jack.
Place in small casserole dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serve with crackers.
