Ingredients

3 cans evaporated milk
2 cans sweetened condensed milk
20 egg yolks
2 Tbsp. vanilla
white sugar (to caramelize)
Preparation

Heat sugar in Teflon pan until melted; stir constantly. Drizzle melted caramelized sugar in metal Bundt pan. Swirl to coat pan. Set aside.
In heavy saucepot, heat remaining ingredients until warm and blended. Avoid bubbling and frothing.
Cool slightly.
Pour into Bundt pan.
Cover with foil.
Steam in water bath on low heat slowly to maintain creaminess, 45 minutes. Remove from heat. Chill. When cold, turn out onto platter and serve 15.
