Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium potatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    4 to 5 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1/4 c. sweet pickle juice
    2 sweet pickles, finely chopped
    1 small onion, finely chopped
Preparation
    Wash thoroughly and boil potatoes with jackets on until done. Boil
    2
    eggs and peel.
    After potatoes have cooled for 10 to 15 minutes,
    rinse
    in
    cool
    water and peel.
    In large mixing bowl, mash
    potatoes
    and
    begin adding mayonnaise and mustard (use more or less according to taste).
    Pour in pickle juice, salt and pepper.
    Stir well.
    Add chopped eggs, pickles and onion.
    If too thick, add more mayonnaise.
