Marinara Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. basil
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook the first 3 ingredients for 5 minutes.
    Stir in tomatoes and remaining ingredients.
    Reduce heat, cover and simmer 1 hour. Serve over spaghetti.
